Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother at St Peter's, Woodmansterne. She also visited the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Probably mid seventies. Can anyone supply the exact year of the visit?

Yes, the year is actually 1977 - July 1st 1977! I was there, and saw her! This was part of the Queen's Silver Jubilee.

She was visiting St Peter's Church, Woodmansterne, on the Centenery of its restoration, and had just previously visited Banstead Place in Park Road.

This was the afternoon Virginia wade won Wimbledon. I was there with my young children.
It was a very hot day and The Queen Mother arrived late.
