This is a photo of my Grandad (Frederick Beckenham), the old caretaker of Woodmansterne School.
I am assuming sometime in the 1930s, going by the other people.
They were in service.
I have always assumed this was the Manor House, but if anyone believes differently, please comment.

I believe you are correct Mark, I think we may have a photo of the old Manor House in BH library archives. I will look when we have our next archiving session in June.

I would agree too. The style of conservatory and upstairs windows match those in a photo I have dating from around 1860.
