Land transfer from Lord Egmont to Frederick Colman

Further to the purchase of land in Banstead/Nork by the Colman family - see picture #377 and picture #381 - this is the map plan which shows the extent of the four areas of land (edged green) that total 1,312 acres, 2 roods and 17 perches, which were conveyed by Lord Egmont to Frederick Edward Colman on 30th October 1890 for £59,990.

NB. Please disregard the unintended pink discolouration at the bottom of the map.
