Little Burgh House on the Reigate Road

This view shows Little Burgh House on the Reigate Road close to its junction with the Brighton Road. The coach passing by Little Burgh House is the Vanderbilt Coach - The Venture - which travelled from London to Brighton, passing by Nork Park along the Reigate Road to the Brighton Road and then on to Reigate Hill.

The probable date of the photograph is 1907.

Little Burgh House was demolished before the second World War and the site is now occupied by the ASDA superstore.

Comments:
Ralph is it possible that Little Burgh House stood on the opposite side of the road to Toyota ( Beechams distillers ) ? as
there is a brick wall the same as in the photo in that place that I have been led to believe ?
Kind Regards
Chris
