Banstead Air Training Corps

Believed to be Banstead Air Training Corps on the cricket field in the 1940s, the national ATC having been launched in February 1941. Does female participation suggest a wartime date or postwar?

Comments:
The females would most likely have been from the Girls' Venture Corps, an independent side of the Air Training Corps which was boys only until about 1985.
My father was in 1044 (Banstead) Sqn ATC and is quite possibly in this picture somewhere.
